About me

I grew up in New York’s bucolic Hudson Valley—which is only considered upstate if you are from NYC—and found a love of music and performing at a young age. My passion for performance is rivaled only by my love of cats—the both of which I combined at the age of 5 in an innovative rendition of John Rutter’s Pie Jesu, in which I chose to forgo the original lyrics in place of meows.

I began performing in theatre at the age of eight—my first notable role being Ms. Hannigan in Annie Jr.—and participated in local, school, and regional productions.

I began to study dance and voice in middle school, and continue to hone my craft today with lessons and classes in both disciplines. I attended Muhlenberg College where I was able to expand my theatrical experience by performing in Operas—Gretel in Hansel and Gretel, and Cunegonde in Selections from Candide. I was also a collegiate athlete and competed on the track and cross country teams.

In order to support myself when not on the stage, I write health and fitness commerce articles for top brands such as Runner’s World, Men’s Journal, SELF, Sports Illustrated and more.

I am also an aspiring songwriter and have composed hundreds of songs, some of which I am working to eventually release, and range from accomplished to competent on instruments such as piano, guitar, trumpet, and ukulele.

Some of my most recent roles include Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Alice in Bright Star, and Natalie in All Shook Up, and I am currently represented by I.T.S. Management.
